Privacy notice
Last updated 26 October 2026. This notice describes the information handled by the Syntax Enterprise website and its client portal.
Information you choose to share
The project inquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, service interest, and message so we can review and respond to your request. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Client accounts
Invited clients have an account containing their name, email, optional company and phone number. Passwords are stored as hashes. Administrators manage account access, and clients can update their own profile and password.
Business workspace records
Authorized administrators and staff may manage client contacts, leads, project and site details, quotations, invoices, payment references, and project documents. Access follows assigned permissions. Project documents are stored privately on the server, or in Cloudflare R2 when configured.
How the information is used
Authorized administrators can read inquiries and manage accounts. Public team profiles are separate and only appear when an administrator publishes them. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Essential cookies and security
Essential session cookies support sign-in, request verification, and account security. The website does not include advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Your browser also remembers your motion, sound, navigation layout, and sidebar preferences locally, and whether the short introduction has played in the current tab. Temporary request counters help prevent abusive sign-in attempts and form submissions. Hosting infrastructure may also keep operational access logs.
Email and payment services
When enabled by an administrator, SMTP delivers documents to selected recipients, and PayMongo, Stripe, or Xendit provides hosted checkout. The website records payment amounts, references, and verified status; card details are collected by the payment provider. Service configuration alone does not send an email or initiate a payment.
Storage and your requests
Inquiries and account information are stored in the website’s private database. To request access, correction, account closure, or removal of an inquiry, contact syntaxsurge@gmail.com. This is the contact address used during the Syntax Enterprise transition. We will review requests and verify account ownership when needed.
